  1、 Working Principle Of Dryer:

  The dryer adopts the downstream drying process, and uses hot air as the hot medium to dry the seeds. In the parallel flow seed dryer, the hot air and the seed flow direction are the same, and the high-temperature hot air first meets the wettest and coldest seeds, so its drying characteristics are different from the cross flow dryer; The parallel flow dryer can save 30% energy than the traditional cross flow dryer. The machine is mainly composed of air inlet ventilation regulation and rolling cylinder tilt angle regulation. After the grain enters the roller from top to bottom, the roller drives the seed to turn over repeatedly. The hot air enters from the air inlet ventilation and passes through the grain layer backwards. When the hot air passes through the grain layer, it transfers heat and moisture with the seed; The hot air transfers the heat to the seed to raise its temperature. When the seed is heated, the water evaporates into the air and becomes exhaust gas. The dried seeds flow backward to the grain outlet for discharge.
